I bought a 43 inch sansui LED tv on 22nd January from vijay sales swasthya vihar, delhi and after repeated calls finally company people installed it on 25th january night and on 26th morning when i switched on the tv to watch republic day programs it started showing blurry images like some issue in display panel. i immediately called the engineer who had installed it and he said he will come and check. but he did not. so i shared the photos and video on his whatsapp. then in evening again i called him and he refused to come and said you call sansui company and lodge a complaint. thereafter i have called sansui customer care, send emails. Also called vijay sales . but nobody is doing anything. I feel cheated as they sold me defected piece .If we buy some product online on amazon or flipkart they replace it immediately. but here neither sansui company Nor vijay sales are listening or doing anything.

      I have purchased Sansui 40" LED TV on dt.22.01.2016 from Aurangabad, Maharashtra Dealer under 'JITNA DO UTNA LO' offer of 4 year 11 months
      After period I have contacted dealer, but he replied KAIL LIMITED-Sansui India is not in operation & couldn't help out
      On 13.09.2024 I have sent an email on [protected]@jainaindia.com email id, but they replied on dt.14.09.2024 that above scheme in not under JAINA INDIA PVT.LTD
      now, what to do next ?

          I have purchased TV of Sansui TV from Vijay Sales and I have registered complaint at vijay sales with GJSL[protected]VS complaint number for sansui TV. Engineer have reported physical damage without visiting TV at Home, and same reply is given in email on the basis of image which i have shared.           I purchased two Sansui AC's on 25th Feb 2024 from Vijay sales and started using them this week. To my utter disappointment both are not working properly and not doing any cooling. For this I have lodged complaint with Sansui but they are not taking any action on this. Request your help here as the severe heat is taking toll on my health.

              With reference to the captioned subject, I would like to inform you that I had purchased Sansui TV no. SANSUI 50FH16XAF, on[protected] in India, from your Distributor Snehanjali Store Bhayandar East, Dist. Thane, Maharashtra, India.

              ON 15th Sept 2019 the TV display has stopped working and I complained about it, visited Snehanjali head office situated in Dahisar East, Mumbai. But they told us that SANSUI after sales service not available in INDIA, Then. The TV came with 5 years Warranty/Guaranty.

              Since than i am complainig but till date it was not replaced.

                Sir I am purchasing sansui tv on 30/07/23 but at the time of receiving tv your mechanic never came for installation. on that time i have many time complaint to jio mart but not take care. Now the tv suddenly dark the colors mostly when use youtube. therefore kindly resolved it.

                  I purchased Sansui TV from Amazon, order placed on 31/12/2022 with model as "SANSUI 140 cm (55 inch) 4K Ultra HD Smart QLED"

                  To whom it may concern,

                  I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from Vijay Sales and Sansui regarding the purchase and installation of a Sansui Smart LED JSW43ASUHD TV.

                  I bought the TV from Vijay Sales, Tirupati Nagar, Virar West showroom on 26-August-2023, as per the invoice number VRR-D-SIRF2696. The TV was delivered to me on the next day, but the delivery boy asked me for some extra money as a tip.

                  I was also assured by the sales person that a Sansui representative would contact me for an appointment and install the TV within two days, by 28-August-2023. However, I only received a call from an executive on 28-August-2023, who said he would come by 8 PM that night. I requested him to come the next day, 29-August-2023, between 10 AM and 6 PM, but I did not receive any confirmation or follow-up call from him or anyone else. The installation is still pending as of today.

                  I am very disappointed with the false promises and lack of communication from both Vijay Sales and Sansui. I feel that they do not care about their customers once they have made the sale and received the payment. This is very poor customer service from such reputed brands.

                  I request you to kindly look into this matter and arrange for the installation of my TV as soon as possible. I also expect an apology and compensation for the inconvenience and frustration caused by this delay.

                  Please contact me at your earliest convenience to resolve this issue.

                    Hi Sir, From Amazon I have purchased 75 inch Sansui Smart Google 4k Smart TV on 15th July.
                    After installation, we found none of the 4k videos is running on the tv. Amazon Prime, Netflix not working. Amazon Fire Stick in USB port is not working.
                    I called Sansui customer care many times( 15-20 times). They told it is mother board issue and they replaced the mother board with new mother board.
                    After that also it is giving same problem. Again I called customer care on 28th July and they told, they have escalated the case and a new mother board will be provided.
                    Now when I am calling Sansui service centre, they are denying that things are not in their hands to solve this issue.
                    We are totally stressed with the issues coming in the TV and poor support from Sansui and denying the product quality assurance after sales.
                    This is mental stress to the customer.
                    We now need the consumer court support to help us in this case.

                        Dear Sir/Madam,

                        I’ve purchased a Sansui TV on 27th Nov 2022 through Vijay Sales (Kalyan-West), bill is attached for your reference. I noticed a crack on the inside the TV on 22nd May 23 when I switched on it. Post that I immediately logged a complain having # MH5L[protected]. On 25th May 23 a technician attended the call. After the inspection he didn’t find anything damage/evidence of hitting the screen from outside (Picture1 is attached for your reference). However he refused to repair the TV and given a quote of 15k to repair the TV which is cracked on inside (picture2 is attached for your reference).

                        I searched for the cause of the issue that indicates the overheating due to defective products leads to a crack on the inside the TV. The below is the artifact-

                        Generally, this type of issue covers under the warranty and company should not charge customer for their defective products.

                        Humble request to repair the TV asap with any cost as we are missing our favourite TV shows.

                            I purchased a refrigerator from Sansui through flipkart bearing invoice no.FADJ[protected] on[protected].but from few days i.e. 25/5/2023 the refrigerator is not working/cooling.
                            I contacted Sansui team and they registered my case. After that one technician was visit my home and after look through the refrigerator he charged an amount which I had paid to him. He told me that one part has required to fix the refrigerator for that I have to pay Rs.3900. I also pay that amount to their bank account. Since then they stopped receiving my call, not responding, no update, it's been 1 month passed yet the refrigerator is not fixed by them. Just after one year o[censored]se after the warrenty period gone the refrigerator is stopped working and for fix the refrigerator no proper response is received from them.

                              I purchased sansui geyser within 1 year having complaint on 3 times . but now geyser not working & shocking problem also is there i informed morethen 40 times but no propoer respons from sansui & jeevees technician & One Technician came and try to do something but finally he dismantled then moved out now its waste of this product .

                              In my history i have never been seen this much wrost company & service . cheating the customers need to take immediate action .

                                Kindly refer my complaint ID MHSL[protected] vide which I have complaint for non working of my TV. Service Engineer has visited my place to address the issue and he has advised to change the panel as it was irreparable. After a week When the panel has arrived the engineer again called me and advised that service chgs and transportation charges to the tune of Rs.1800/- has to be paid by me then only panel will be changed. At the time of purchase of TV from M/s Vijay Sales, Malad West, Mumbai and also during service Engineer's visit I was never told about these charges. When my TV was under warranty then why Shall I pay charges? It should have been advised during purchase of TV itself. Hence Kindly refund Rs.1700/- paid my me to the Engineer for getting replacement of panel of my TV immediately. Else I will approach consumer forum for refund of this amount alongwith compensation of mental harrassment also.
