Thank you very much for giving us the oppurtunity to upload our complaints on the net. But if the company does not provide the solution, is there any action taken up by the forum against the company ?
Our complaint of Carelessness in servicing our Indica car by Sanya Motors Mayapuri, New Delhi has already been uploaded by the forum for more than a year and case has also been heard by the President District Forum Saikh Sari New Delhi. Final arguments have also been completed on Ist July 2009. We are told that final decesion will be sent by post But so far we have not got any information about the final judgement.
We shall be gratefull to you if you please help us in getting solution.
