Subject: Carelessness in servicing of the Indica car by Sanya Motors
Dear Sir,
I am the owner of Indica V2 car petrol model 2002 Registration No. DL 4CP 2270 Chassis No 600202AXZP02956. I got my car serviced by the Sanya Motors, Mayapuri New Dehi vide invoice no Sanya - MP[protected] Job Card No JC-Sanya- MP-0708 –013576 dated 18/03/2008. Total bill paid Rs. 3664 (Rs. 3417 plus Rs.247)
I booked my car for the routine services without having any problem with the engine. The details of the work done is given in the bill, the photo copy of the bill is attached.
As per the booklet supplied with the car, the maximum quantity of the engine oil is 4 liters . It is also mentioned in the book let that if more oil is filled in the engine it can damaged your engine. The mechanic at Sanya Motor has filled 5.5 liters of engine oil in my car. It is clear from the bill. About six inches scratch is also put by the Sanya Motors on the bonnet of my car which has spoiled the aesthetic value of my car.
The same evening after getting it serviced (18/03/2008) car broke down on the road at Karm Pura chock, N. Delhi. The coolant pipe bursted and the entire coolant worth of Rs.1000 spoiled on the road. I made more than a dozen call to the Sanya Motor from my phone [protected]. It can be confirmed from the telephone exchange. But Sanya motor did not bother to take care of the problem created by the Sanya Motors.
I am also doubtful that MPFI system of the car is spoiled and some part of it has also been stolen by replacing with a defective parts. I never had any problem with my engine but now the engine is giving lot of problems
Next day some how, I took my car to the Sanya Motors, after replacing one wire Sanya motors send me back. But my problem remains the same Engine of the care kept on giving the trouble. I ranged to the Sanya motors and told about the problem and took my care once again to the Sanya Motors. But no solution is provided to the problem. Till today my problem is not resolved For the last two and half months I am suffering a lot due to the problem created by the Sanya motors.
Please take a stern action against the Sanya Motors and get me the damaged done by the company worth of Rs. 50000/=, Cost of MPFI.
