BHAJANPURA DELHI-110053 FROM 25/04/2012.MY ID WAS [protected] UMAMANI MISHRA I WAS TAKING E-WALLET BALANCE I.E RS.45000 EVERY TIME THROUGH HDFC NEFT SYSTEM BY TRANSFERRING MONEY TO HDFC,YAMUNA VIHAR,DELHI ACCOUNT NO.[protected] I/O MAHESHWARI E-SERVICES PVT.LTD.FOR RECHARGING ALL MOBILES AND DTH SERVICES. LIKEWISE I HAVE BEEN TRANSFERED RS.45000 ON 04/06/2013 TO THE ABOVE ACCOUNT.THAT WITHOUT ANY REASONS ON 18/06/2013 COMPANY WAS LOCKED MY TWO DOWN LINE ID [protected] AND ID [protected].DUE TO UN-TRUST ATTITUDE AND UN-TRANSPARENCY BEHAVIOR OF OWNER [protected]@SAKET AND HIS CARE SERVICE ASSOCIATES, I WANT TO WITHDRAW MY WHOLE E-WALLET BALANCE AND WHOLE BALANCE OF MY DOWN LINE ID [protected] AND ID [protected] IN TERMS OF THEIR T&C POINT NO. 15. BUT AFTER LAPSES OF 25DAYS OF MY DEPOSIT OF MONEY THEY HAVE NEITHER UN-LOCKING MY RECHARGE ID NOR REFUNDING MY MONEY AFTER SEVERAL REQUEST VERBALLY AND WRITTEN REQUEST .KINDLY ARRANGE MY REFUND AND ACTION MAY BE TAKEN AGAINST THE COMPANY TO AVOID FURTHER CHEATING TO OTHER PEOPLES IN THE SOCIETY PLEASE
