Hi All,
I started to searching some good plots in and around in Chennai. I searched through internet and I registered my mobile number in one of the real estate website. I got a call from Sarala Housing pvt ltd., Thirumangalam, Chennai. They keep on called me and asked me to come for site visit. Atlast, one sunday I went for site visit with them. They showed some property near Sriperumbadhur. They told the amount of Rs. 2, 40, 000. I paid Rs. 40, 000 as down payment and the rest of the amount as EMI. I paid the EMI for 5 years without missing any of the EMI. After they asked me to pay Rs. 45, 000 for registration fee. But they got my money totally Rs. 2, 85, 000 but they not yet did the registration of my land. Still they are saying some falsy reasons. They are holding my money more than 2 years simply. I don't know how to proceed with this. Whenever I will call the owner, he will cut my call. If I call from some other number, he will ask me to talk to his manager. And moreover, most of the time manager not be available. They are dragging me as much as possible. There is no use to talk with those people. I am planning to go for legally on next month (Jan 2018). PLS BE AWARE THIS KIND OF FRAUDS. DON'T JOIN FOR EMI SCHEMES IN REAL ESTATES.

I have paid money to purchase a land from them and as they have shifted there place I am unable to find them. All the numbers they have mentioned in the website or adds are not working.

We also booked two plots from Sarala Housing in 2012. Total cost Rs 5, 00, 000. Paid Rs 25, 000 down payment for each plot and made the agreement. Remaining amount as monthly EMI. Paid the EMIs consistently and received the receipt also. In 2016, payments are rejected for few months. So we went in person and they told they had issue with their bank accounts and it will be resolved in a couple of months.
After that also we continued paying the EMI after their account was corrected. When I had only few EMI more to be paid, I told I will all at one stretch and asked them to arrange for registration in 2017. Now they started telling that Panchayat approval is yet to come and they will do registration after that. Whenever I call, they say registration starts next month and I will be initimated. But no update will come from them. This continued for 3 years. At one point in 2021, I told them to refund my money and i dont want the plot. The owner told it will can be done in 3 months. At one point getting frustrated I have told I will file a complaint to Sailendra Babu and CM cell. Immediately he called and fighting with me. Then he told he will update after 2 weeks when he can return back. Now for the past 6 months, he keeps saying now registration has started and he will return back once he gets money from his clients. Most of the time, his number is switched off. Every time, we call their office, new comers will pick the call and say, owner will call back. But nobody will call.
Can anybody help me to get back my money from them.
