We have booked two plots in Oragadam from Sarala Housing Pvt Ltd in 2012. Total cost Rs 5, 00, 000. Paid Rs 25, 000 down payment for each plot and made the agreement. Remaining amount as monthly EMI. Paid the EMIs consistently and received the receipt also. In 2016, payments are rejected for few months. So we went in person and they told they had issue with their bank accounts and it will be resolved in a couple of...
