2 Bank-Pass book with Address duly authenticated by Bank.
3 Copy of Voter Identity Card in favour of Mrs Meenakshi A Deshpande.
4 Copy of Voter Identity Card in favour of Mr Anand Deshpande.
5 Blank cancelled cheque.
all the paaers has been sent to following address through regd. Post on 1st Oct. 2009.:
