Sathya — delay in gas deliveries and poor response

south madras gas agencies functioning in chennai, mandaveli, thiruvengadam street, is not responding to the customers, irresponsible answerings, doesn't care for honoring bookings, is also involved in malpractices, they repeats the manthra that booking will be done after 21 days, and delivery will be done in a week, but this does not happen, there no use in have 2 cylinders, it takes atleast 40 days to deliver one cylinder, 85% of the customers are running towards their office to get a cylinder inspite of booking and reminding them on the phone several times, customers are dissatisfied, now the question is that are they have a database or they following any registers to book the calls and followup the calls... there no answer only questions remains . only offices in IOC have to take proper steps to keep the customers satisfied, pls take steps to normalise the supply.
