[Resolved]  Sathya Gas Agency, Trichy — DELAY IN SUPPLY OF LPG CYLINDER TO US

I wouldlike to pen down to you that we face delay in delivering of
of cylinder every month, my consumer no is 20550, we have booked on the 7th of this month & yetwe are in receipt of cyliner, we face the same situation every month.
please do take necessary steps.

Thanks for your service regarding holding and attending customers wants & needs.
Hi, This agency is not supplying the gas probably. There is none to response for customer calls/in-person. All are facing the same problem. Booking the gas 10th ans receiving it on next month 3rd, shows worst service by the sathya agency.
My consumer no is 22751, What is going on with Sathya Gas. This is the way you'll handle customers.

The no[protected] is not in use
[protected] line is blank / [protected] ring is going on no responce.

I want the Phone no list, That some one can attend the phone
please response in phone call
please give me a correct phone nos.

Is Bharat Petroleum has got any control over Sathya Gas Agencies. They never lift telephone. Always, I had to call Mr Muthusamy Sales officer of BPL for booking my cylinder as well as remind him for delivery. I think the agency could be handed over to Mr Muthusamy!!

My consumer no. is 23030. We are not able to book for the gas as they are not picking up the phone. From last week I'm facing the problem. After booking they are taking 15 or 20 days to supply the gas. Please take proper action and make us proper supply.
My consumer no. is 23030 and my mobile no. is [protected]. I already logged in a complaint already. But there was no response from sathya gas agemcy. Still I am not able to book for gas as there is no response for my call. Expecting immediate action.
I personally had been to Sathya Gas Agencies and took photographs as to how the working girls kept the receiver of the telephone down. This was conveyed to BPL, Collector and I am yet to be communicated the action initiated
My consumer nO. 9676. I have booked on 1st Apr-11. Till date no delivery. For my family, we need
LPG cylinder every 30 to 35 days. But you are not delivering the same.
We are facing very huge problem due to this delay alongwith mental pressure.
also, we are not able to contact your office over phone due to busy or not responding.

I don't know when our problems will be solved.

The Sathya Gas Agencies is worst agencies They never lift telephone…while I booking for a gas connection … unfortunately I called them he pickup the receiver and put it on the table… but the call is alive … I am waiting on the phone one hour (2.50pm to 3.50 pm, 19.05.2011) they did not response I heard the voice from my side one girl is discussing their own story…. For one hour ….
I am not able to book for gas as there is no response for my call. Expecting immediate action.
