[Resolved]  Satyam Computers — pf withdrawal form not yet received

Hi Sir,

I have couriered my pf withdrawal form(AP/23034/43181) to Hyderabad PF office on April 27th, 2009. But PF office is saying till now they haven't received the pf form. When I queried with dtdc couriers they are saying that they have succesfullly sent the form to PF hyderabad office.

Please look into the matter and tell me what I can do in this regard ?
