[Resolved]  Saudi Airlines — delay in sending the missing bag from Jeddah to Delhi

I had traveled on the flight SV 760 from Jeddah to Delhi on 4 Jan,13. I had three bags out of which i received two at Delhi airport and one bag got lost due to negligence by the airlines staff.My luggage tag number is SV388709.
On 6 feb,13 i got a call from Mumbai airport (ph no[protected] to reconfirm that my bag has been identified at Jeddah airport and will be sent to Delhi within three days. but i have not been able to get it till date.
