I’ll be going for Umrah I’ve booked my next train and everything for going to Madina. I came 15 minutes before the flight leaving but the person in the gate said the flight is over they didn’t let me in. My name wasn’t even announced by the airways. I wanted to take to them but they ignored me completely. I want to make this complaint because they avoided me. I want my ticket refunded

      I had travelled on 10 th dec from delhi to southafrica johansburg. Due to some visa issue i had deported to delhi on date 11th dec. But i didn't receive my laguage.. Airlines said that it will take time... We will send your laguage on your residential address... After long time.. Now i have received my laguage today 28 dec.. But most of item in laguage i found stoled. Its maximum worth approx 10 thousand...

        Submitted a complaint on 3rd Aug 2019, so far no update or response on this. Keep sending reminder to Customer Relation. We have visited PARIS VIA JEDDAH, but flight delayed in Bangalore, luggage delayed(5 days) in PARIS. So total trip has one bad, big impact in our business. We have submitted complete records to [protected]@SAUDIA, but no response. Our compliant registration number is [protected].

        Please look into. A GENUINE CASE.

          I was traveling from Jeddah to Delhi on 13th of December 2018 namely Majid yousuf. With me I had two bags in which there were articles worth RS. 30000. Baggage was delayed and the baggage was sent to my address through FedEx courier by the Saudi airlines, but all the articles in the bag has been stolen. Before going to court of law handover my articles.

          It is unclear what was happened as
          - boarding pass with SA flight number -+ time
          - SA bag tag
          - SA e-ticket
          - date and airport where you had not receved the registered luggage
          - a receipt after delivery, which was issude by agent of SA air carrier
          are not attached .

          Time limit for damaged lugguge 7 or 21 days, folwing the flight, depending upon country.

          The claims on the registered luggage, which was not receved in good condition,
          have to be submitted not later than 1 or 2 years to the court in India or in KSA,
          if the air carrier has not returned the luaggage in full condition in 21 days.
          The limit of the air carrier responsibility depends upon the law, e-ticket, bag tag.

          The expected expences for legal assitance can be:
          - government fees [ from 4000 rupees or ~150 SAR ]
          - legal fees for assistance of a lawyer or of legal professional [from 5000 rupees, if in India, 250 SAR in KSA]
          The court shall award the proved losses and moral compensation by the final decsion.

          I am not associated with the above air carrier / government.

            I was at the Jeddah airport waiting for a Saudi flight to Rome on Nov. 10. My iPhone6s+ was stolen as well as my red eye glasses which were inside a fabric pouch/container. After engaging Find My Phone using my computer (from Rome) I found that my phone was moved somewhere OUTSIDE of the Jeddah airport. The Twitter person (who is so rude) said I had TO COME BACK TO JEDDAH to lost and found to pick up my iPhone. Don't these people have any idea that not everybody has a visa to enter Saudi Arabia because they think we are terrorists? Wow, how rich is that... to be thinking I'm a bad person when THEY are the thieves! Shame on you, I hope Allah will let you rot in hell because of the way you treated me and other American foreigners who transit through Jeddah. Never again through SA. You could have offered to ship this back to me COD with tracking, but your lack of caring about personal property that you stole is appalling! You need to hire people who can be professionals and take care of things like this.

            Such types of complaints are not related to air carrir.
            You need to submit the complaint to the local police of the airport.
            The police ha sto issue the decsion not later than in 10 days.
            I lossed my BUGGAGE with all important things and very valuable products. I want to claim that or I want to get compensation for that. Even after 20 days they are not responding and there corresponding officers are treating in which they are not responsible for that. So I kindly request you to take action on that.

Unfortunately we lost one piece of luggage which was consisting of our cloths and daily use items. Please look into this matter and consider this as an emergency.                       The office of saudi airlines' situated at saifabad is making fuss out of small issues.customers had to wait for more than 2 hours for a single work of 5 mins.there are 4-5 counters together but only 2 of them are operating,making customers waiting in the queue for longer time.and the worst fact is that the remaining staff is sipping coffee,having snacks,enjoying
                      backstage instead of serving customers.
                      And the most importantly the receptionist(lady) reacts as if we are her servants or beggers.Her attitude is really not acceptable,we have to bow infront of their inappropriate activities because we donot have any alternate option and because of this THEY ARE TAKING US FOR GRANTED.
                      I request the authorities to please replace the staff as they are cheating the company and customers as well.
