[Resolved]  Saving Account — atm default

Subject: Revival of ATM fault of deducting twice on a single transaction

Dear Sir

This is to inform that I Shail Karna holding an account ([protected]) with your Branch.
I have made a withdrawal of Rs.3500/- on dated 18/05/2009, TXN No-3420 from the SBI ATM, Janakpuri ‘D’ Block, community center, New Delhi.
By default system has made deduction twice from my account of the same amount for that single Transaction. I have requested to the concern branch to update or correct transaction fault but I have been told to contact to the home Branch. I am in delhi for medical treatment.
As It has been pending since long back and have facing trouble .So please consider the issue and do the necessary to sorted it out as soon as possible ;
