To Whom It May Concern Sir/ Madam i presented my cheque no. 448404 of my CBS cheque book against a/c no. [protected] at OBC Naraingarh Distt. Ambala at 10:05 a.m.on 7th July 2009 where the entire staff of bank was not present at that time. Due to which my cheque could not clear till 10:30 a.m. Therefore i approached to the Branch Head and told him about the grievences and he replied " Itni Jaldi Hai to Kissi Aaur Bank me Khata khol lo, Yahan to Kaam Aisa Hi Hoga", When i said that i will complaint against it then he said that you are not the first person to complain there is a long list pending against us and also said "Kuch nahi bigadta".Please take some strict and examplary action againstyour these kind of employees .
