    Dear Sir / Madam,

    My name is Hari Pratap Singh and my account number is [protected] which has been running in your branch for a long time but I am not able to access it. Being a zero balance account it is still active. Currently I am in Delhi and using Punjab National Bank account but since a few days my account has been Freez. When I asked pnb customer care about this they told me that my account has been frozen due to open zero balance account, as per RBI rules I can operate only one account.
    As I am currently in Delhi and physically unable to visit the branch. So you are requested to kindly close My Account. If you want any other documents, please let us know. I will mail you.
    As I had also mailed but did not receive any response from your side. But right now I am facing big financial problems. So I am requesting you to kindly close my account and confirm with me.

        Hi,
        My father had a bank locker in OBC bank India that had been open in 2014 along with saving account. Bank updated my self as nominee in saving account but not update nominee in locker.

        My father passed away in 2019 . As of now as per bank there no nomine in locker

        We are 4 legal hire of this locker including my mother . One of my sister is not willing to take any action on this matter neither favor nor against . Due to which a common agreement is not possible. We tried all way but she is not agreed.

        Bank is also not willing take any action on this and we are struggling for last 3 year .

        Two members are ok to allow mother to open but due one sister (Settled in abroad) we are help less.

        Please suggest what could be way to resolve this .

            महोदय प्रार्थी का नाम विश्वनाथ है प्रार्थी ने ओरियन्टल बैंक ऑफ कामर्स ब्रांच लोकप्रिय हॉस्पिटल, गढ रोड, मेरठ उत्तर प्रदेश में दिनांक[protected]ई0 को अकाउंट शुरू किया था जिसका अकाउंट नं0 [protected] है जो किसी कारणवश बैंक ने अकाउंट को डेबिट फ्रीज की दिया है। प्रार्थी लगातार 2-3 वर्षो से बैंक में निरन्तर जाकर अकाउंट को खुलवाने का प्रयास कर रहा है परन्तु बैंक की तरफ से कोई भी स्पष्ट उत्तर नहीं मिल रहा है प्रार्थ ओरियन्टल बैंक ऑफ कामर्स के सर्किल आफिस (मंगल पाण्डे नगर, यूनिवर्सीटी रोड मेरठ) में जाकर अकाउंट को खुलवाने का प्रयास किया परन्तु वहाँ से भी प्रार्थी को निराशा ही मिली है। प्रार्थी ने बैंक में 3 से 4 बार प्रार्थना पत्र दे चुका है परन्तु उसका कोई भी उत्तर प्रार्थी को नहीं मिला है। बहुत ही प्रयास के बाद प्रार्थी ने अपने एडवोकेट के माध्यम से बैंक को एक लैटर डॉक के माध्यम से भेजा था उस लैटर का उत्तर बैंक ने एक पत्र कं माध्यम से दिया वह पत्र न हो बैंक के लैटर पैड पर था न ही उस पर बैंक की स्टाम्प थी। महोदय प्रार्थी का बस आपसे यह निवेदन है कि प्रार्थी का उक्त अकाउंट जिसकी संख्या [protected] है इसे दुबारा शुरू करने का प्रयत्न करे। आपकी अति कृपा हागी । धन्यवाद

              Myself Vishal s/o Ajay singh i have my complain regarding the deduction of amount from my account during atm transaction but not recieved the amount from the machine.also the machine gnerates the transaction slip showing transaction declined but the amount gets deducted from the account and not credited back into my account.kindly look into the matter and refund the amount.

                Pls note on 29.06.2022 at 09:48 Hrs, I have tried to take money of Rs. 2500/- from HDFC ATM using my Oriental Bank Of Commerce Debit Card. While ATM processing, power shut down and ATM machine turned switched off before receiving the money.

                When i checked my bank account, it show that Rs. 2500/- has been debited from my account. However i did not received money from ATM Machine due to power failure in ATM Machine.

                Hence kindly take up with concern authorities and request to refund the amount Rs. 2500/- back to my account.

                  Credits showing in account without any credit card. They said extra money is withdrawal by debit card how it is possible. They falsely claimed money is showing in my account..nor it get withdrawal neither it's get transferred. How can be so carelessly done their job, because of they my score get decrease day by day.because of them

                    Sir, I have taken a two-wheeler loan in the month of feb'2012 but due some financial crises I have not paid regularly. After that I decided to close my loan account and I paid the loan amount whatever the branch manager told me, but the said loan account still not closed in system. This is why it affects my CIBIL.In CIBIL the loan account shows Rs.95000/-.So please close my loan account to zero and also correct my CIBIL record.

                        यह अति दुखद है कि एक महिला अकॉउंट होल्डर जो कि ग्रामीण क्षेत्र से 15 km इस covid situatiin में 3 बार गिड़गिड़ा कर चली जाती है लेकिन बैंक की महिला कर्मचारी जरा भी रहम नही करती
                        क्योंकि वह सर्विस को सिर्फ सुख सुविधा उपभोग का साधन समजती है
                        जबकि सिर्फ पासवर्ड ही रिसेट करना है
                        ऐसे कर्मचारियों को सख्त सजा की जरूरत है क्योंकि कि वह बैंक व समाज दोनों के लिए घातक है
                        कृपा इस ब्रांच पर सख्त एक्शन की जरूरत है

                            I have already submitted to request for new ATM Card for 3 months before. But we did not receive till date. I visted in your OBC bank of Rajouri Garden near Shivaji Enclave 3 times but there is no reponse. you can imagine without ATM card how can I servive. We can not withour money from ATM machine. Your service is very bad.
                            Kindly provide my new ATM Card as soon as possible. I need ATM Card.

                                  I have lost my locker key 3 years ago . I am subsequently asking them to break my locker till date but no action has been taken yet by ur employees.                                     A branch of your bank OBC is erroneously showing me as a GUARANTOR for three accounts as under:

                                    (1) Account no [protected] ( Shows me as GUARANTOR for overdue loan amount Rs 33 crores)

                                    (2) Account no [protected]
                                    (3) Account no [protected]

                                    I confirm that :

                                    (1) I do not know who are these three account holders -- I do not know their identity at all

                                    (2) I do not even know which branch of your bank has set up these three accounts and why are they showing me as GUARANTOR for loans availed by these customers

                                    (3) I have never ever given guarantee for any customer of your bank whosoever these are/were.

                                    (4) It seems some one is trying to fraudulently showing me as the GUARANTOR for loans advanced by the Bank to these three customers.

                                    (5) The erroneous or fraudulent reporting is adversely affecting my CIBIL CREDIT SCORE and my banks are refusing to renew/enhance bank facilities resulting in financial injury to my business operations.

                                    I therefore earnestly request you to look into these three accounts and remove my name as their GUARANTOR for their loans and oblige.

                                    Kindly confirm action being taken.

                                    Sub: Erroneously reporting me as Guarantor for overdue loan amount of Rs 33 crores against account no [protected] and also showing me a Guarantor for account no [protected] and [protected]

                                    OBC is erroneously reporting my name as a GUARANTOR for an overdue loan account of Rs 33 crores and also a Guarantor for other two accounts [protected] and [protected].

                                    I reconfirm that :

                                    (1) I have absolutely no knowledge about the identity of these three loan account holders

                                    (2) I have never never dealt with any customers of OBC

                                    (3) I have never ever given Guarantee to any customer of OBC or PNB or United Bank of India for any loan account.

                                    (4) I do not know where / which branch these accounts are set up.

                                    The erroneous reporting is spoiling my CIBIL CREDIT SCORE and my bank is not renewing/enhancing bank facilities. This is gravely affecting my business operations and hurting me financially.

                                    I EARNESTLY REQUEST YOU TO ADVISE CONCERNED BANK STAFF TO DELETE MY NAME AGAINST THE THREE BANK ACCOUNTS AND INFORM TRANSCIBIL ACCORDINGLY.
