[Resolved]  Saving Bank Account — Poor Service.

I am holding S/B A/c with Axis Bank ltd. I had applied for the new cheque book through your call centre on 15th May 2008.My address with bank is of my office.When your courier service person went to the office, somebody said that Vinayak is not there however my other staff members said we can accept the courier on his behalf.(infect we have received many cheque books of our employees when they were on the feild or absent).Your courier service person did not listen and took back the courier. I immediately informed to your Baner branch to resent the same courier immediately on 22/05/08. It is regretted that as of date 1st July 2008 it was lying in the Baner branch.

After tring all land line numbers for more than 45 minutes i got link for one number but the lady said you have to contact 27292224/2239, again i tried first no for 10 minutes i got responce but reply was Number is correct but does not belongs to Axis bank so again i tried for 15 minutes i got connected and great lady asked me to hold the line for 2 minutes( i was listening all that chit chating noise on the phone) she took almost 6 minutes and very cooly asked me what is your good name and finally took another 3 minutes and confimed me that my cheque book lying with them and will be send through courier again.I have no alternative but to wait and watch.
