SBBJ Bank — a/c balance deducted without withdrawal amount

my complaint is that

During withdrawl Rs. 40000 at shyopur mod , pratapnagar ATM at time 21:16 date[protected] but we have not take any amount during cash withdrawl at atm but at this time my balance is deducted from 58000 to 18000 please notice at my complaint because i am very poor person please return my rupees as soon as possible my reciept from atm is attached
