Respectfully I beg to say that I am not getting family pension from Rajasthan govt. My sbi account is at SBBJ Suratgarh (SBI) branch my PPO no is 632837 AND SBI a/c no [protected] is [protected].Since last 8 Year suddenly my pension stopped. I am already file my complaint in local SBI Branch but nothing has been done in the matter. I have no other means of income and I am facing very hardship because of this delay. Kindly look into the matter and revert back at the earliest and oblige. sir I am suffering from financial losses .I have not received any arrear or pension till date .Kindly look in this matter and solve it immediately, sir, I have not even received a letter from yyour side in this regard.

    Hi, this is the complaint against the SBBJ Branch Manager, Sadul Shahar branch. My father has a home loan in that branch. Due to the corona problem, he was not able to pay the installment on time. During that time he was threatened by your bank manager and given a personal threat. They took around 1.5 lakh (bank loan is 8 lakh) from him by all these threats. So far he paid around 11 lakhs in total for this loan. Now somehow he is managing to pay his installment, but that bank manager involved one company and put insurance on that loan and took 1000 rs every month other than the monthly installment (9250). After repeated visits to the branch, he is not canceling that insurance. Your previous manager took 1 lakh to issue this loan. So far I couldn't find a single employee who is not corrupt, that is a shame. I complained several times before also but nothing happened. So this complaint is just if you can ask your manager that whatever money he wants to take from him and just close this account. So at least he won't be threatened by bank goons like you. Thanks

      ड्यूटी मे ही उनका देहान्त हुआ था। मेरे पिताजी का नाम श्रीमान मोहन लाल कुम्हार है। और उनका pf नंबर 6929311है।
      मैं मेरे पिताजी का पुत्र हु ओर बैंक वाले बोल रहे है उसके चलते आपको बैंक में मृत आशिरित नॉकरी का प्रावधान नही है । और मेरे जयपुर तक गए पर मुझे कुछ हासिल नहीं हुए है।

        This is regarding the refund issue. There is a refund of INR-640 from zomato. The refund is already completed from their end on Sep-07-2021. It takes around 2-5 working days to get the amount reflected in the account. But still, there is no amount credited to my account. Please look into the issue ASAP.

          The price of book was 825 INR.

          The expected refund credit date accoding to amazon was=19 august 2021.
          Amazon has intiated the refund with the refund reference number
          = ONUS20210819, but the refund amount is not reflecting in my account ...i kindly request you to solve my problem as soon as possible ...Thankyou.

          You were supposed to solve it too soon...you all are just looting the innocent peaple, you never care about the problems people facing and dealing with it.

            Many years back SBBJ Naraina had deducted Rs.4200/= as MAB charges for 7 months, there used to no MAB then, deducted first to make balance less than 5000/= then ate all.
            Did not reply to emails.
            Had a small placard, invisible near gate.
            Good that some in Jail

              I have applied for changing my branch from sbi naliya to sbbj didwana in November 2020. I am not getting my new pass book of sbbj didwana. It had been 4 to 5 months since the transfer of my account. Bank staff is also not taking responsibility and not providing us the information of who will issue the passbook.

              Kindly help me for the same

                            Grievance against state bank of bikaner and jaipur, nahur branch, mulund west, mumbai

                            Considerable delay in processing of international remittance and not keeping customer updated or informed about it causing undue mental stress for us.

                            First and foremost, my family has been dealing with this bank for more than 40 years, my parents and myself are account holders, so what is written below is totally unacceptable. Secondly, unless an emergency situation, no person takes their savings from their home country, abroad.

                            I am extremely upset and seeking an explanation for the delay in the remittance of funds from my sbbj account to my bank account in dubai.

                            The request for the transaction was put in on 19/12/2019 by my parents, mr. James and mrs. Dorothy sequeira and the forms too were filled up on the same day, only my latest passport copy was required which i sent thru email later that day. On 20/12/19 morning, my mother called me from her mobile and put me on to the bank staff ms. Surabhi to confirm about the passport copy, i confirmed it, when she checked, she had received it too. Ms. Surabhi then told me that the remittance will be processed and i was expecting to receive it latest by 22/12/2019.

                            On 22/12/2019, my mother called me to check if i had received the amount, i said no. Immediately she called me saying that she got a call from the bank asking her to come as the transaction had not been done and they needed her to pay some extra amount. I do not understand why this wasn't done at the time of filling up the forms. Even though she is not in a good state of health, still my mother went to the bank whenever called and she also clearly ms. Surabhi that it was an emergency remittance. Also, no receipt of any kind or transaction reference number, was given to them. My mother was asked to come to the bank on tuesday as well and was told the transaction had been done.

                            We waited till 26/12/2019 expecting the remittance amount and i sent an email in the morning to know the status. As i did not get a reply, i called the branch manager on his mobile number, he told me he was not in the office and that he will ask his second officer to check the facts and he would call me, which he never did. Hence, i called the landline [protected] and after several tries with no response, the call was picked up by someone who didn't answer properly and hung up. I called up home and informed my parents about it, my dad called ms. Surabhi and she told him that there is a system error, transaction has not been done, not to worry, she will receive it. She told my dad that she was in contact with me thru email, which was not true at all.

                            Imagine how upset we were, had we not called the bank, we would have never got to know the happenings.

                            I called again, got ms. Surabhi on the line and she told me an interesting fact that the bank operating system has been down since monday and they have been in touch with the it dept who couldn't seem to solve the issue. I insisted with her to do the needfui that day itself before the close of the day and also reminded her that it was an emergency situation which she was aware of. I called back again to make sure it was done and she said the transaction was authorised that day only.

                            I wrote to her saying i want a copy of the previous transaction which bounced back on 24/12/2019 according to ms. Surbhi (They never did anything, as far as i understand) as well as the finally authorised copy of 26/12/2019 which shows the transaction has been completed.

                            Knowing the urgency of the situation, the bank staff did not think it necessary either to inform my parents or me that the remittance has not been processed.

                            I also want to stress on the fact that whatever email i have sent to the bank till date, has not been responded to, whether to confirm the receipt of my passport copy or to update me on the status of the remittance or to send me a confirmation copy of the same or transaction reference number.

                            I wrote an email addressed to the bank manager on 26/12/2019 seeking an explanation for the delay but till date there is no reply from him. They have see my email because on 27/12/2019 i received just a computer screen snap shot of the transaction with no correspondence from them.

                            Today is 28/12/2019, i have still not received the remittance. I am appalled by the casual attitude of the bank which is causing mental stress for me and my family and who will bear the loss suffered by us because of it

                              My name is mahender doda. My account in sbbj branch hanumangarh town ifsc sbin0031146. I visit branch many times for print my passbook front page. They reply me printer is not working all time again n again. I urgent need front page print for my documents after i said for account statement. They have no manners how to talk people and also branch manager is rude they have own rule they said they can't give account statement before 2 pm. Totally disappointed i am. My account is 14th year old in this branch now i will close my account and complain in consumer court.

                                Sbbj pokaran branch in jaisalmer district (Rajasthan) has the worst customer satisfaction. Even a for a small work like withdrawal or depositing money takes three four hours as there are long ques. The bank employees deliberately delays the work. They take 1 hour lunch break instead of 40 minutes. There is no proper management in the bank premises. Kindly take some action

                                  I am iaf pensners my pension account is at sbi branch rohat no [protected] i got discharge from iaf on 31st january 2001 i didn't get my pension comutetion from february 2001 to july 2001 and last year january bank paid me arrears for february 2001 to june 2001 but february 2019 bank recovered four months arrears back kindly pay me my comutetion from february 2001 to july 2001 which was not paid to me

                                        पेंशन प्रकरण Sbi सोजत सिटी दुवारा 7 पे डिफरेंस एरियर पेंशन प्रकरण का अभी तक निस्तारण नही हुआ ppo नम्बर 1050958(R) आप से अनुरोध है कि इस पेंशन प्रकरण का जल्द ही समाधान करावे इस से संबंधित फाइल सोजत sbi बैंक दुवारा जयपुर हेड ब्रांच 50 दिन पहले ही भेजी जा चुकी है लेकिन एरियर की राशि अभी तक जमा नहीं किया गया है इस प्रकरण का निस्तारण जल्द से जल्द किया जाय
