SBI Life Insurance — premium paid receipt not yet received for the premium due on 17/04/2011 | |||
The premium for my SBI life insurance policy No.[protected] was due on 17/04/2011. A mandate has been registered with SBI life, Nungambakkam branch for automatic debit of the quarterly premium amount of Rs. 15,000/- from my SB account maintained with SBI, Nungambakkam, but as on date the policy status shows that the premium is still not collected.
