      Tajmin Haque my Pan number -AOFPH4305C . Worked as agency code -SLI[protected] date of appointment- 4th September 2020.Bussiness login 2020 to 2021 1Nop 25k premium.. Still date i have no login any business.Please cancel my agent code as soon as possible is affecting my present job.
      I had visited my Branch on 18th May 2023.Given a written letter and deactivation form of deactivation of my code SBI Life . So that I can't join present job.
      So i want online NOC on IRDAI portal so I can start my career. Kindly look into this matter and do the needful.

        Without Permission They opened my SBI LIFE SMART PLATINA PLUS account eyery year they cut 1 lakh rupee every year

                      On 23 January 2023 I wanted to switch the segment from Equity Elite to Bond fund, but could not due to technical reasons. Till 29 th January I have incurred a loss of around ₹30000.I request you to please compensate me for whatever loss I have suffered. Earlier space was not coming for OTP. After that fund switch already placed showing continuously. Screenshot attached. You have not registered message is also showing. I have registered in consumer forum this matter. I have registered complaint consumer forum but not giving me compensate money.

                                    I paid my premium Rs 30240 on date 12/12/2022 I didn't received any confirmation message or acknowledgement yet I have paid to TPSL INSURANCE but the SBI life insurance company send me message they don't received the amount, the the amount deducted from my bank account, so kindly solve my request
