[Resolved] SBI Life Insurance — Wrong investment information

One Mr. Patni from SBI Life insurance called me and told that if you invest Rs. 30000 in SBI Shubh Nivesh then at the end of 5 years you will get Rs. 255000. When i asked for the details then he told me that it is a scheme and he gave the scheme code no also. but when the policy document came nothing of this sort was mentioned. When I contacted him he told me that a separate statement will come. But nothing has come till date. what can be done. Can a complaint be lodged against MR. Patni for giving false information

I m siddu dodamani from Kundargi, Bilagi tq, Bagalkot Dist, Karnataka State. my policy no.[protected] and given to SBI Kundargi Branch 05531 on 04.03.2011 for surrender the policy. They are despatched on 09.03.2011 SBI Life LHO Premises Bangalore vide Register AD No.1615, i called SBI Life B'lore officer's from 15.03.2011 to till date (daily i m calling 10 to 15 calls), but till today they not responding properly. When i called they asked me to Policy No. and My cell number after that they never called me also. Now i m totally upset for this. Today i e 21/03/2011 i called more than 20 calls to Bangalore office they never answer me and i have spent more than Rs.1000 telephone expenses. Then where i have to go and ask. Hence I request you to pl consider my request. I awaiting for your response. My cell no is [protected].
