I have opened an a/c in June'2011. After getting my netbanking username and password, I have reset these to my own choice. Then I have opened the netbanking account twice to check my balance.
Two weeks after that, when I tried to open a/c an error is shown " username /password is invalid" though I gave the correct credentials I get the same error. No way to track what is the problem and no way to reset my username/password. I have been trying to call customer care, nobody picks the call. I serached in website and got some mail ID of SBI customer grievance resolving cell. But mails are bouncing.
I fed up with this bank with in one month. For last two years I am using HDFC. I never faced this problem. Since it provides an option to reset password.
Because of this I have not paid my credit card bills and end up paying late fee. Was this information helpful? |
