[Resolved]  SBI RACPC Bangalore — very poor service

sir,
i applied home loan to State bank.. initially i was suffered lot in branch during submitting the application(Jalahalli,bangalore).
later i went to RACPC SBI bangalore for verification..

their also i suffered lot..
after long struggle i got loan.. but every time while releasing my instalments they are doing all nonsences..

i[censored] want to call them.. i have to try try try only.. if i get connected also concern person never in the seat..

they are treating that as they are giving something free from their pocket..

i complaint to their manager but no improvement..

please help me to complaint them in proper way..

RACPC-Banaswadi Branch, I am surprised to see so many unsatisfied customers like me.
I had always been proud of SBI Banking system, however all this went in vain when i applied for the Housing loan.
The SBI Staff are very rude and irresponsible persons.
They think as if we are the Beggars to the bank. We have mortaged our property and completed all the necessary formalities and procedures to avail construction loan as per their requirements.
They have issued us the Sanction letter, after all this when we requested for 1st initial 20% disbursement of loan, they started to give reasons like, they need to search for the file, The lady has been transferred, you have to wait, we have to review, check, all nonsense, silly reasons and killing the time.
I am fed up with this bank, hopefully they understand before the things are to be taken up legally.
The branch where the loan has been applied, does not take any responsibility in resolving the Customer issues.

Wake up..SBI Staff-RACPC, Its time
very bad service at basavanagudi RACPC nobody answer the land line
even if called by mobile also they will not pick the phone
keep on trying calling those fellows no reply

they are taking casually but we are suffering like any thing

I think SBI has the worst banking services. They have managers in 50's who can't keep the pace. I had applied for housing loan 8 months back. and still its not processed. And eligibility is not in question

Same situation here.
Even after sending relevant docs, the loan installment is not released on time.

Worst no one is available over phone to reach.

Can SBI RACPC customer cell/Manager please look into this.

I HAD APPLIED FOR EDUCATION LOAN OF MY SON FROM MY HOME BRANCH ITSELF THEY TOOK 6 MONTHS TO ACCEPT THE PAPERS FINALLY APRIL 2015 THEY ACCEPTED.AGAIN APRIL MAY JUNE TILL NOW IT IS NOT KNOWN ABOUT THE STATUS. FOR THE LOAN OF 7.5 LACKS THEY ARE NOT FIT TO SERVE THEY ALL SHOULD BE SENT HOME WE REQUIRE SINCERE PEOPLE WHO DO TO THEIR DESITINY
I totally agree with all the above horrible experiences with SBI. RACPC Basavangudi is the worst of all. We have suffered a lot by taking a home loan from SBI, they are extremely rude and have no apathy towards the customers. They behave as though they have become GOD after giving a loan. They have made our life hell, especially for the home registration. And they have numerous reasons to put out money from you. Eg: Property insurance, which is not mandatory at all. They claim it to be mandatory and they will not do the registration without that. They don't even deserve a single star rating as they are extremely pathetic and inhuman.
Such an bad service i never ever seen, no response all the time, we have to run run run behind them to get it done our work, when we went to office they will say like you just wync rest will taken care, but which never got happen, again we ask the same they are saying that they are busy who's work they are doing why they were busy not sure even though most of the people got disappointed.

Stay Away from SBI service as much as possible. and if possible would recommend for privatization. SBI employees are senior members and only enjoy sleeping in office with no prime responsibility to work.
SBI RACPC Basavangudi - I don't think they heard anytime what is a customer service. They are so busy in their own world and it's impossible to get to talk to anyone.

Loan closure too is painful.
Officers are so rude.
Phone just rings and no one responds.
If you go to meet officers / staff, will be surprised to get some new requirement, some document, another week of running around. And that is just the beginning.
Worst service.
Very frustrating.
The worst service by SBI and nonresponsive and arrogant most of the time, as if they are paying free of cost. I had taken education loan and closed the account, but yet to get back my original documents inspite of several visits. They dont even reply for call or sms.
So here are my two cents as well on SBI banking operations. This write up is for my concern with their RACPC team in Neel Rao towers, WhiteField. First of all, if any government official is reading these complaints, then by now first thing to get sorted out would have been the 6 to 7 extensions of RACPC phone lines. None of them work!!

My loan is in preemi period. During this phase they have almost thrice forgotten to ECS my account. I had to call up one USHA mam to get the amount deducted. She is a very helpful lady and she used to oblige for even her calls were not picked up by RACPC teams. This is the level of poor service given by this public sector bank. Shame on it being called so! Time to privatize all these institutions which are just giving salaries to them hassle free without worrying about customer service. The day government officials and their working style and ethics will be scrutinized I am sure they will improve unwillingly.
