[Resolved]  Sbp Debit Card / State Bank Of Patiala — non receipt of new card

sir,
i have been issued ticket no. [protected] against the surrendering of my mutilated card to The State Bank of Patala, Shastri Bhawan, New Delhi 110001 for issuing a fresh card along with pin . It has been almost a month since then but the new card has not been issued to me. The bank officials simply say that cards are not being made. Sir, may i know by what date i would be getting my card.
