SCB — Overcharges, utter harassment

I am a NRI and have been living abroad since 2007 and at the same time a fantastic customer of SCB credit card of being associated for nearly 15 years. Unfortunately my horoscope doesn't match with SCB due to which I am relentlessly facing problem with this association. Once I make noise then the charges are reversed in spite of no mistake of mine. For past one and half year all my transactions are done in foreign currency which you benefit to a great extent. Have spent lot of money in calling up India time and again and have spoken to Siddharth, Hetal, Sujata and many more persons. They make hollow promises and every time the misatkes are repeated without any fault of mine. All my cheques reach SCB in time of which I have proof and for your information I pay the full amount. So, my track record is no doubt 100% perfect. As a professional I do not get time to fight thru mail and phone for all the extra charges they put in my statement. This has been going on for a long time and you can see the statement of Oct.'08, Nov.'08, Dec.'08, Jan.'09, Feb.'09 and so on. How long should I bear this ? I lost my patience and confidence with SCB credit card and requested for cancellation which they will process soon. On the whole, it's a failure from SCB

I have gone through the feedback about SCB credit card in the internet which is pathetic and am going to add my feedback to the same.

Let me end this note by mentioning that your service has to go up by many notches, otherwise in this world of competition you will be left far behind and it would be difficult to catch up. Better late than never.

SCB CREDIT CARD — My credit card payment not been apotioned and i have been penalised

My Card number is [protected], i am the customer since 8 years, from the past 6months i am facing problems, as i have sub accounts under this card and i have been paying promptly every month, inspite of that every statement has penalty charges, as the amount paid is not aportioned as per my request it is done from the cr card company on their own. and blame i have not made a payment.
I ensure every time write on the reverse of the cheque each account number what is the amount needs to be credited, and once i sent Xerox copy of cheque for bifercation, even then it is not fallowed.
for this month i wanted to close cr card and 2 sub accounts.
I paid Rs.19700plus, which got debited from my savings account. and even after 2 days i have been calling and checking the customer care is not able to tell me the clearnce, and today i have come to know that all the money is cr to credit card where the total outstanding is only Rs.3500/-
IT REALLY HURSTS US WHEN YOU PLAY WITH OUR HARD EARNED MONEY.
if you notice the transaction i have completely stopped. and descided to close the accounts for which i am not getting help.
from the customer care every time you have new person attending us, when asked for the proper office where i can go and speak and resolve they say it is only call centre we need to call and clarify, .
Pl check your recording system, you will get lot of people who are not happy with your service.
Pl check my account on the credit card from the past 6 months you have been charging me late charges and penalty inspite of regular payments i am really upsent on this.
next month i will be completely closing, even then if you people does not show co operation i will take it to the media/press/consurmer court,

I have n't recieved my credit card statement bill till now, i also sent a e-mail to [protected]@standardchartered.com But it has failed, So please send me a soft copy of the state ment at the earliest-
