i am G.kumaresan student of mca degree in jayaram college of engg & technology in Trichy.since three years passed.i did not got three scholarship and they are not providing my course completed and transfer certificate.Because i have not paid the full fess.if they will provide me my
scholar i will pay my fee and get my certificates.please help me and take action for got my 3 year scholarships.
