I have bought scooty pep plus TN O1AL8629 in Akshay Motors - Nungambakkam on 26th August 2010.
While driving if the vehicle is slow down vehcile stop , self start is not working , and porr milage. This problem, i am having for the last one month . I have been visiting the show room once in two days.

None of the time the service centre had opend my vehicle and seen and every time they give me comments that in a day you are during less than 15km so this problem WILL COME.

They also commented in the monring during first start the vehcile should be started with KICK start and self will not work .

I am surposed if this tems and conditions are mentioned in the catalogue of PEP then we would have taken decission during buying.

I have been driving scooty ES for last 8 years and the reason I changed to new vehicle is to have self start due to health condition .

The service is very porr and they just give the customer advise rather than checking the vehcile .

scooty pep plus — Did not receieved RC card

Hi,

I have brought TVS scooty pep plus on 13/3/2009 from reputed dealer in wanowari pune. Till date I havenot receieved RC card from it. They always give false commitment and no solution.

scooty pep plus — delay in receiving the documents

Respected sir,

I Kanhaiyalal Kanojiya, purchased "Scooty Pep Plus" from Manmad (Sai Auto) on[protected] by cash payment. But till date i haven't received any document of the vehicle. The owner of Sai Auto does not give proper response whenever I ask about the documents. Its already been 6 months from the purchase.The service of your company is very pathetic and not up to the standard level. Its my very very big mistake that I purchased "TVS VECHILE". Without the documents i am unable to drive the bike on the road. It would have been better if i had purchased a cycle or another brand vehicle other than TVS.
Its high time that you take some serious action against the Manmad TVS showroom. 6 days back i had complained on the ph no - [protected] but no action has been taken.
Kindly look into this matter as early as possible. my mob no: [protected].
