seagate harddisk — Bad service | |
Dear sir, I had give my companys three harddisks for replacement to ACCEL FRONTLINE Andheri Sakinaka India, my call id is WKLAND08008347. DATED NOV 10/2008. REFF ID 9923. I have got replacement of only one hardisk that is 1TB. Today its more than one and half month and I have no got my replacement of 2pending harddisks. Every time I call and receive the same reply that there is shortage. But I have been patiently waiting for more than a month and not received a decent service. I am sorry to mention here that this third rate service from such a reliable company is shockingly not appriciable. Next time I would rather go for other company harddisks to avoid such inconvinience. You dont value your coustomers time and cause such inconvinience. I WILL AGAIN MENTION HERE THAT IT IS SHOCKING FOR ME TO EXPERINCE A SUCH DIRTY SERVICE. Was this information helpful? | |

I m vinayaka i given 160 HDD disk for replacing in march 5 2012 after one and of month taken but then also not working HDD next i went to the service centre his not tal responding again i given for replacing still up to now no massage at all

Seagate — Extremely Bad Service
I have a seagate hdd(1024 gb) disk, which has now crashed & it is under warranty until 2013. So, i went to their service center in Nehru place, & the kind of procedure to submit my hard drive to them i found is a real trouble. These people are making money there by asking us to buy a packet from shopkeepers to submit hard disks as well as make a ID from the shops too. They might deny to this fact but there is not even a single damn thing which can tell us how to submit our hard drives, plus they have posted here n there this page that tells us to buy these silver packets before submitting hdd. Also, they don't even know how to treat people.If anyone can look after it, please do something regarding this.
