I m a user of seagate hdds from past 5 years and i have been recomanding this product to my friends and others but when i purchased an 1tb hdd on 8-8-2012 of seagate it got crashed two days back i was not expecting this quality from ur companys products. I would request you to get my product replaced with the another upgraded model because i think that this series expansion basis is not durable.
If this not happenes i will seek help from you via social network and other portals thanks in advance.
