[Resolved] Seed Healthcare Solutions Pvt Ltd — Harassment, mental torture | |
Seed HealthCare Silutions Pvt Ltd (SHSPL) is possessing the worst management in IT sector. This company is at Prabhat Road, Near Telco Club. The management here is headed by Dinesh Samudra and Narendra Barhate. Mr Dinesh Samudra tortures the employee by abusing them with very high standard words, which cannot be written here. There are n number of cases on SEED HealthCare Solutions Pvt Ltd. Also there are many cases on Dinesh Samudra in Prabhat Police Chowky (one of them is very severe). Most common practice done by them is to blackmail employees, by not giving them releiving letter, experience letter, by not giving them salary even after employee resigns in a proper way. Now the question arises, how can the company like PERSISTENT (PSPL) , PTC, IBM can have a tie up with SHSPL. On th contrary PSPL is going to buy 51 % share of it. I request the NIC, Nasscom to loo into this matter. As such companys are applying NAZI rules with there employees should be monitored and should be punished. Was this information helpful? | |

Yes i agree with the complaint posted above against SEED Healthcare Solutions Pvt Ltd. Because i have been tortured in the same way. My salary was kept on hold for almost 7 months during my tenure of 3 years. After working hard in those 7 months, one day company terminated me. When i asked the explaination regarding it. The company CEO dinesh samudra lambasted me with very cheap and bad words on my mother and father. I can prove that company is at fault and i can provide all the evidences. I request the consumer forum to look into this matter as soon as possible. Dinesh samudra is low grade CEO in my complete experience of IT industry

What a someone can write after getting frustrated from own inefficiencies...i[censored] can not learn new things and develop yourself into a good professional, y all are u blaming an organisation? Don't u understand that one person does not make an organisation...its the entire team which is responsible. If you both have been bad players, its but obvious you do not deserve to grow with others...for how many days one can hide your mistakes in work?
Anyway its just a waste of words if I start showing torch in a day full of of Sun...Dinesh is a master in his product profile and has always been a wonderful care taker for his team. You just need to attach to ur org and your colleagues form your heart. Having a particular degree does not entitle you to become a good professional. You need to have people skills for it.
Instead you both need to be taken to criminal court for having published fake and abusive matter on net for him.

It calls for knowledge, loyalty, innovation and most important attitude to become so. Running a company at times with compromising with own facilities and benefits can not be understood by the selfish category...in which you two fall in. Talking anything about the complaint you have wrote here us just a waste of time...you all do not deserve even that much attentions also ...Dinesh will be as popular in his team as he was..as an idol..

Try and improve your own self...and then talk about others..Seed would not have reached such heights of its success in his absence. And it is a universal truth, the higher you go, the more enemies you have...at times in your own surroundings...you two have made no exception for him.
