I made a agreement with semax builders pvt. ltd. in 19 oct 2011 .According to the agreement they will gave me 1200 sq ft land at retanga on 60/sq ft
sum total Rs.72000/- .They will send a notice within 3 month for land registration . but they didn't do that. when went to him they told that u have to give Rs . 12000/- and u have give total money before reg.
