Shubham builders — Incomplete construction

Before starting the construction the builder promised lot many things like good quality construction timely completion etc. as soon as the total loan amount got disbursed to him he stopped the construction then and there only .

As per the agreement he had to complete the construction and we cannot go to nay other builder for the same. he has not even done the basic construction which he has been paid for.
