[Resolved]  Sensei — Worst Quality & Pathetic Service-Sensei Product

Sir,
I do not know if pathetic is the word which can describe the quality of Sensei product i have purchased .To top my bitter experience your service has done the job.

I live in South Mumbaiand i had purchase Sensi 2gb mp3 player (SMP 2GBS) from futurebazaar.com on 10Jun2011 vide their invoice no;[protected].
After fully charging the battery before first use as soon as i started using the product i found that it would start with great difficulty and would switch of by itself intermittently.even after full charging it would sometimes last no more than 1hour.
when i contacted futurebazaar.com they give me a helpline no;[protected].when i contacted them they gave me no; of a service centre located in Navi Mumbai which is 60kms from where i am located.they told me that they have no service centre in south mumbai.then they gave me nos of dadar and mulund service centre who were clueless about mp3 players.finally i again called up1 [protected] where a Kavya was online who finally handed over the phone to her senior who said there is no way other than for me to request one of these service centres to collect my stuff.
it is worth mentioning that none of these service centres are less than 20 kms from my location.

First question -Is Sensei not ashamed of the quality of product it has provided me?

Second question-are you not supposed to maintain service centres located in major spots at least in a city like Mumbai.

Third Question-why Why am i made to suffer for your poor quality CHINESE products to earn high margins.
