I’m following up from past close to 4 months for defective sofa replacement, all executive are taking months together for closer and never revert back as committed.
1. first sofa i took L shape was delivered display piece, the service person visted to assemble also agreed that it was display one.. it took ages for hometown team to replace.
2. they dint had same peace and had to pay addition money and choose other sofa.
3. The currant sofa has lint from 5month, day by day its increasing.
- i raised this concern and complaint in the month of july end/August
- Representative visited and confirmed that the fabric has to be replaced, its 2months now i dint hear and everday i have to call and there is no responce
- Since its not even a year i bought sofa and this is spoiled, i dnt want any fabric chnage i need the sofa i’m following up from past 2/3 months for defective sofa replacement, all your executive is taking months together for closer and never revert back as commited.

- what kid of pathetic service you guyz are providing, when we buy furniture u say that ne time service and replacement is avaible.
- Since its not even a year i bought sofa and this is spoiled, i dnt want any fabric chnage i need the sofa to be replaced brand new because have invested hard earned money.
They are pathetic people and there service

I have profit club cards no. [protected] with deposited amount 10000/- for card, issued by Bigbazaar (Future Group) Suddenly stores closed. Without any information Future group closed their Bigbazaar stores from Patna Exhibition Road. (Bihar).
That time i had contacted with customer support Bigbazaar(profit Club) as per customer care representative suggestion about dues payment of profit club card no [[protected]] to credit into my bank a/c.no.[protected], Ifsc code. SBIN0001714, STATE BANK OF INDIA. I am also submitting attachment of my 1. Aadhaar copy, 2. profit Club card. But till date no any response received from future group, through future group mail id i.e.[protected]@bigbazar.com, [protected]@ezoneonline.in dated 22 April 2022 and customers support no.[[protected], [protected], [protected]] now all customer support is not working or it has been closed.
Please help me out to get back my amount from future group.
