money not refundable from wallet

Because now a days Big bazaar is not in existence in our area (PCMC). Actually it is acquired by Reliance Smart Bazaar. One time I visited OLD Chinchwad regular location of BIG Bazar in our Area, then we realized...

I don't recommend them

I recently purchased a dinner set from them but when I used it, I come to know that it's not good quality. I don't recommend them...

My experience with Big Bazar

My experience with Big Bazar was disappointing. I purchased a sofa which turned out to be defective upon delivery. The quality was subpar, and the defects were evident, indicating poor quality control. Despite assurances of product quality, the sofa fell short of expectations. Dealing with a defective piece was inconvenient and reflected poorly on Big Bazar's commitment to customer satisfaction and product standards....

Profit Club Membership Refund

I renewed my profit club card right before two months when all stores got shut all over in India in march 2022 without any previous information or notice. When we have visited the nearest store many times but no one was present after few months we get to know about the whole scenario and when we asked about the money which got stuck in the membership then they redirected us towards the customer care and the biz bazar email but we didn't received...

Defective sofa

I’m following up from past close to 4 months for defective sofa replacement, all executive are taking months together for closer and never revert back as committed.

1. first sofa i took L shape was delivered display piece, the service person visted to assemble also agreed that it was display one.. it took ages for hometown team to replace.

Profit club pending amount not paid for last 18month

Have a profit club cards and with deposited amount 10000/-, issued by Bigbazaar (Future Group) Suddenly stores closed in March2022. Non refund of balance money

Profit club card bearing no [protected] was submitted along with required doc (as asked by bigbazar representative in office) i.E. Aadhar card, cancelled cheque to bigbazar office on 11 may 2022 for refund of balance money (rs 7000.00).
Teh money is not refunded still to my bank account....

Big bazaar profit club card fraud

I had taken BigBazaar Profit club card about 2 years ago. After outlets of Bigbazaar were closed I did not receive my money back. Also many times I have reached out to the same Store (Where Reliance is running their store now) but nobody seems to be taking the responsibility, I met with the person who convinced me to take the bigbazaar card but he also not helping now.

Can consumer forum help in this regard? Or we just need...
