[Resolved] Shakti Traders — non delivery of gas cylinder even after booking | |||
we have booked hp gas cylinder 3-4 times since 6th of march but till now the cylinder has not delivered yet.we are in an urgent need of a cylinder because our cylinder is about to empty.our booking no. is 469629,476229 and 365102. on every booking you people just give anoyhert booking no. but do not deliever d cylinder.CONSUMER NO.-655056. Shakti Traders — Booking Problem
BOOKING PROBLEMMy consumer no. is 675323 and i am a resident of 3/5143, krishan nagar, Karol Bagh, New Delhi - 110005 ( my cell no. is [protected]) M/S Shakti Traders ( HP Gas ) is the distributor for my connection. When ever I have been trying to contact the agency the phone remains busy and many time they have a endless hold. I have been trying for more than 16 days over phone continously for booking the gas cylinder. But I am very sorry to bring to your notice that thare is no response from them. The telephone no. provided by them[protected] /[protected] remains busy and not answering, the gas has not been booked. Every time I have to face the problem for booking of gas cylinder.
Kindly look into the matter and ask the dostributor to set his system either by fax or e-mail, and have some acknowledgement system to overcome this situation.
