Dear All, I am the unknown Medical Officer who has a Major Grievance towards this Hospital. After slogging so hard for a long time I have been given an increment of just Rs 10 per Hour. I tried to find out why, but I was told that this was the decision of the MANAGEMENT.So what and who was this management, after a long series of investigations , I have come to know that the Management is none other than Dr Pankaj Doshi-The Most Incompetent ,Inept, inefficient, ridiculous, idiotic, senseless Medical Director of Shalby Hospitals. I would like to elaborate some salient features of this Creature Below This Man who today proclaims to be the Medical Director has been a failed doctor and a Surgeon. God only know how he became a surgeon and that to a gold medalist, but from sources I have confirmed that he passed his MS Surgery Exams by bribing the examiners. So much for the way he got his degree. He practiced here and there in his initial years, also set up some nursing home in his hometown-Nadiad, it was nothing but a failure, he hardly got any patients. Till 4 years back he was working as a surgeon assistant helper in the team of Dr Anil Jain in Rajasthan Hospital, Had Dr Vikram Shah not put his hand on this clown, Pankaj Doshi would have continued to work as a surgeon helper all his life.A man who could not run a 15 bedded nursing home is today trying to run a 200 bedded corporate hospital, what professionalism one can expect from this piece. Our duties are changed randomly, we are shunted for one floor to another without any prior intimation, called on Sundays, made to work for extra hours without compensation, taking a leave is impossible. This is our condition, are you listening, Pankaj???? Pankaj Doshi has a special liking for good looking girls and dogs, for the new beautiful fresh medical officers good salary has been provided, also those men who wag their tails like dogs are well taken care of, but sincere medical officers like us are neglected. This android catamite was a failure on his personal front too, with all the gay features he has he could not even find a suitable girl, the background of his present wife Pinal Doshi is such that she was once upon a time a class 4 category worker in his nursing home who used to give bed pan to the patients and clean their urine bag, however this clown got enchanted by her beauty and fell head over heals for her and married a class 4 category “CHAMAR”. Wow Pankaj you got an amazing choice!!!!!!! I am writing this to express my frustration, the humiliation I have faced in the last one week, a patient relative called me a butcher, the other day another patient abused me in the most filthy language possible in front of the entire nursing station just because of administrative issues. Why is Pankaj Doshi the Medical Director, if he cannot solve administrative issues, are we Medicos responsible if there are billing errors?? Are we responsible for room allotment problems or to even control the visitors??? In the meetings with the Management all sweet things are said, but none of the promises made are ever fulfilled. All this is due to Pankaj Doshi. Pankaj, I won’t even address you with the word Doctor, because if I do that it will be an insult to the Medical Profession. If you have got BALLS INSIDE YOUR SCROTUM, then personally come everyday and take rounds in the wards, just observe and see the problems that we Medical Officers face, see who are the sincere and Hard working Medical Officers and then decide and give increment. This has no right to be in the medical profession, Shalby Hospital is a Hospital where people die due to medical negligence, please avoid this Hospital

You are exactly correct, I totally co operate with your reviews. We have been outsider and have faced similar problems in Shalby hospitals (ahmedabad).
The company is exploiting people by all means, people are working for more then 36 hrs and the GOVT is sleeping. Its a white collar exploitation. If people are working for so many hours how do they perform. These people are playing with human lives.
The doctors are also baby school grad passed with 35% :). Never ever try Shalby for any critical medical surgery.
There are still many unknown hidden facts which will be revealed soon.

The Height of Crazyness... unbelievable friends... Now there is a recent news which I heard. Shalby apparently had one of best International Patient Services, few of my Kenyan friends told me. Some Hazel Gor - coordinated and one Mr.Heemanshu used to headed the department, and set the systems to ensure all the patients are taken care of well.
Seems they both have now left hunting for greener pastures (God wish them luck and guide them) pastures and now one another FOLDER n SPY of the uncrowned Prince of the Joint World, Dr. Vikram I. Shah has been made the IN-Charge.
BTW, the Joke is that he is a DRIVER :( :( pet driver of Dr. Shah - well qualified to drive cars - will now be driving patients NUTS. If an organization can promote a Driver to head a whole dam department...well, Do I still need to tell you more. Don't be surprised if a sweeper comes one day dressed as a Surgeon to Operate you. Please make sure you ask him to wash his Hands properly, if you survive at least you will not die of an infection. Some of my friends who worked with Shalby earlier have also mentioned an amazing fact, there are cameras placed all around the hospital including toilet doors - the management has time to watch who goes for pissing how many times, who spends how many hours in cafeteria - WOW! It looks as if the hospital specialize in SPYING and NOT-KNEE REPLACEMENT.
With due respect to Dr. Vikram Shah (who is reportedly now on a brief professional vacation to Europe) - Sir please try and improve the culture in your hospitals, big buildings can be made, expensive hospital equipments can be purchased but CULTURE & VALUES cannot be - they need to be imbibed which needs to flow from TOP to Bottom.

Culprits like NEERAJ LAL who are there in this organization are the major killers in the back office, if this bag made policies for accrediation the why were infection control practices not followed, why did the infection spread to the staff.
