I booked a cylinder on 15th of Oct 08 and till date I have not received the same inspite of many reminders. Once in a bluemoon they pick up the call that too with arrogance and attitude. With this kind of service how one can continue? Being your valuable customer for the past twenty years at different locations within INDIA in DEFENCE SERVICES I never came across such kind of situation. So, I thought it wise on my part to share this with you. Kindly take necessary action and if possible, do intimate the same.
