[Resolved] Sharekhan — Selling off securities without intimation to clear off the debit balance

Dear Sir, i am having an a/c with sharekhan franchise here in baroda under the management of Mr. Mohit . recently i have received a statement of daily transactions and i was surprised to see that some of my securities which were lying in my a/c were sold and when i contacted the sharekhan office i was very dissapointed to know that to clear off a very small amount of debit balance my shares were sold in a loss and that too without even intimating me and now i am worried whether other securities are safe in their hands or not and if they sell those in a loss what would i do ? I am healthy customer since 2007 with sharekhan online trading in Ahmedabad vide no 191279 and W 202468.Every time I do had proper balance, security with them but when ever market goes down without asking the difference amount cheque, I have been told that mumbai office had sold your shares with out any intimation.Today having 9857Rs. credit balance of holding shares in D.P. and debit balance of Rs.10105. for the sake of Rs.143.they sold my the script with out my knowledge, that to be the shares which were lower price, they could have sale shares of Sesagoa which were giving profit to me for their recovery.But no they run as per their mood to give purposely loss to me.The Branch is not allowing me to trade in my offline a/c since long saying that your offline a/c is not working, when asked the reason they have no reason for the same. Kindly look in the matter.Or Please stop your brokarage house.
