[Resolved]  Sharekhan — Submitted check without my consent

I opened my Dmat account through sharekhan as they were advertising on different site that anyone could open an online dmat account with Rs. 50 only. I applied online and got the call on the same day. The Executive came to me next day and filled up the form and demanded a check of minimum of Rs 5000 . and told me that cheque would only be used for my online trading. and they would ask me before dropping it for withdrawl the amount. Last month without my constent ( no confirmationfrom me)they dropped the cheque for withdrawl. Since I had no information about the same, My account was not having that much amount, and the check got bounced. I had already paid a penalty of Rs 400 to my bank, and those guys are not even accepting there mistake. What to do, Someone please help me out.
