[Resolved]  Sharekhan / J K Industries — fraud transactions

This is what happened with me -

1. On 7th August 2008, I purchased 999 shares of script 'JIKIND'.


2. Against the purchased shares, Sharekhan has charged me total of 4115.88 for 999 shares.


3. On 26th November 2008, when I want to sell these shares I was told that I am having 99 shares in my account.


(As per the market on 26th Nov 2008, I could have received a 100% + profit on the shares)






Few questions -


1. If transaction was not successful, why I have been charged for 999 shares?


2. If I have only 99 shares in my account, why is Sharekhan displaying that I have 999 shares in my account?


3. Why the same script is coming twice on My portfolio?


4. How come the share price of same share be two different values at the same time, that too one in profit and one in loss.(As per sharekhan services on the web)



To add to the above customer service people have informed me that I will not get any payment from Sharekhan!


Can any body please suggest me as how can I get my money back.
