Most of the people made complaint against sharon (Brokers)builders... Exactly.. they are not builders..They are not doing proper business. They are cheating people by the way of attractive advertisements and shown buildings in their adds. Once people interested to come their place they are showing many projects and tackling the people. Even a single project is not their own... They have some tie up with the builders and they are making us as a builders and also showa as they are builders.
Dont beleive that people. One of my friend got very bad experience when he approached for buying a flat at Rajakilpakkam... Be aware of this Brokers.

Sharon "BUILDERS" dont believe their name itself. They are not builders purely brokers. The people sitting in their office are stupid guys, pls dont believe their words. No.1 cheating people in chennai they dosent do any construction rather they will take you to some sites where construction is going once you agree to buy then they will do deal with the builders and sell it to you. Fraud fraud fruad agency is SHARON BUILDERS located in Rajakilpakkam.
Are the buildings not worth of purchasing at all???? pls let me know because i am about to visit these guys around this weekend

I had a bitter & Dreadful experience with Sharon or Base Builders and took possession of the property after going out of way as this person is not at all professional and he would irritate u in such a way that u will hit him and he would escape by taking your money and leaving the job in middle by playing mercy card hence I pushed him to the end to finish the maximum and when the work was less than 50, 000 INR I had to literally go out of my ways to take over the possession.
In short Un professional, Un Ethical, No knowledge on construction ( Although he will boost that he had finished around 500 plus projects but actually its a total lie ), Liar of first order and his testimony in the real estate market is pathetic and it’s not one person but whom ever has dealt with him has the same bitter experience .
His main motive is take maximum payment from customers and leave the job unfinished but in my case as said earlier I pushed him to do the maximum Job and knew very well that he would screw up certain jobs so had to shell out 50, 000 to 75, 000 extra to get the unfinished job done .
The builders association should boycott such Unethical guys from the industry and the people who have dealt earlier should join hands to sue him legally.
Yes it’s a lesson that one should get into a proper legal agreement so that the customer cannot be cheated .
Any person affected by this builder can reach me and we should all work together to ensure no one more is affected again .

I too agree that sharon builders they are brokers only and I had also experience with them.Don't waste your time, energy by dealing with this broker who is at Rajakilpakkam and advise your friends also.
iam one of customer purchased individual house from sharon builder,they are very genuie persons, they guide and provide correct and best houses in camproad,rajkilpakkam, and tambaram areas..

Basically, Vijay Christopher(Sharon Builder Prop) doesn't know the construction. Because of his ruthless attitude, he will keep on changing his Site Supervisor, and all the contract labourers.
His motive is to collect the money from the owner as early as possible. Always push the owners to get the money by way of Cash transaction. We have to fight for him to get the receipts
He is purely a broker not fit enough for the construction field. Those, whoever signed the construction agreement with him am very sure they will face the tough time, 100% sure all the customer lose the temper.
1. Vijay is the Criminal, he always go back his assurance, he doesnt know the meaning of Business Ethics, Customer wont get the satisfaction, but defectively they will get frustration.
2 . All the time, he ask for money, beyond the agreed amount. The quality of the Construction is worst.
3. After receiving the amount, he wont pick the phone calls.
4. He will not complete the projects as per the agreed time, as result the flats owners unnecessarily waste their money for Bank Interest.
5. Getting the Handover letter and Flat Key is the challenging part.
Request those whoever reading this, please don't go for any agreement with Vijay. We have faced lot of consequences with him. Ever seen such worst person in this business field.
Again my humble request please blacklist vijay and dont waste your valuable money.

Hi, this is regarding another builder namely Design Builders at Chrompet, Chennai. The said builder is constructing flats here and there under the name of Design Builders and has another name as M/S. Shynee Constructions, Station Road, Radha Nagar, Chrompet, Chennai -600044. We do not know what is the secret behind this. The builder approached an innocent illiterate Muslim Lady about three years back to sell her land along with the existing land for flat construction and made an agreement with an assurance that the lady would be given two flats in lieu as well as some money. Further he obtained from the illiterate lady a General Power of Attorney to construct and sell other flats. Thereafter he collected huge sums of money from purchasers through his sales agents without proper receipt and convinced the people as if he is a genuine builder. Now, the main problem is that he had shown one master plan to the poor lady (house owner) as if in the ground floor one house would be constructed for her as well as another one single bedroom in the second floor, but the other plan which got approved and obtained from the CMDA does not have the ground floor built-up area other than one bath room and EB room as well as stilt area for parking, still he has constructed a house in violation of the CMDA approval for the lady as well well in the stilt area a small shop for his business promotion. Also, other three flats he got them registered to the respective owners but to the original owner i.e the poor lady is in dark and so far he has not registered to her any house at all even though construction work completed a year back and she is still in possession and staying in the new building ever since the completion of work.
In addition, i would like to mention that the building constructed by him to the purchasers has started developing cracks here and there, doors getting cracked, and plumping line getting rusted due to very poor material. No body from the builder side is heeding to their complaints and each one of the purchaser has to shell out additional hard-earned money for repairing/replacement of materials. The owners are frustrated due to his false advertisement and the poor house owner is in jeopardy. The builder has neither registered to her both flats as assured nor cancelled the General Power of attorney and it is still alive and he is not going to cancel it in future also, as per the lady's version.
PLEASE BEWARE OF SUCH BUILDERS AND FLAT PROMOTERS AND WE MUST FIND AN APPROPRIATE SOLUTION TO TACKLE AND DEAL WITH SUCH ELEMENTS. CAUTION ABOUT DESIGN BUILDERS/ M/S. SHYNEE CONSTRUCTIONS WARRANTED.

Nowday, service tax is very diffcult for customer, govt fix five % of construction cost it comes around lakhs, most of them try to avoid service tax, if you want more details, we will provide our satisfied customers(more than 500) list with phone no...sharon builder previously known as keren realters do initially we starts from broker...but we never charge one paise from customer..we showed our friends andwell expert builder projects only..

Sir what will u say for a customer who pays 98% of the agreed amount with this builder ( For a ready to occupy house advertisement) and waits for 6 months ( 180 days) from the date of registration to get the possession.
Every Person faces tough time due to money shortage or money locked in some other project etc — But for this builder most of the projects taken till date has ended up only in problems with the customer including mine.

Before putting any advertisement of Satisfaction - One should take a pen and paper and write down the projects done in the last 15 years and analyze how many projects was completed in a professional manner and true to the ethics of the construction business and true to own consciousness and true to the Almighty and then post such photos of Satisfied Customer
