[Resolved]  sharon builder — cheating/fraud

hi,
if you are going to buy any flats from sharon builders..........please be

very careful.......
they will cheat you in many ways........iam one of the customers cheated

by them.
first checkup the constructed area.iam damm sure it will be more than

95%, its a violation and hence you will not get homeloans in nationalised

banks....even i wasted around 10k rs for applying bank loan and it was

rejected because of this.
they use a very very poor quality construction materials, hence you will

find cracks and damages in the building within a year.
water leakage during the rainy season it is one of the common things and

an icon of their construction.
you will be threataned and abused if you ask them about the delay in

construction of the flat.
they will always do a unfinished business.....hence you will not get a

complete satisfaction.
they are not actually doing the projects,they are just agents for big-

shot builders like annai builders, etc.
please get a recipt and have your transaction by issuing a cheque, so

your chance of getting cheated will be reduced.

Sharon is broker - no builder

Apparently I came to conclusion that Sharon builders are no builders.
They are just brokers - showing other builder's construction as theirs.
I was shown a house at Rajakilpakkam - I found board in the site saying

"Annai builders".
I asked about the same, and pat came the reply: Annai, Sharon, Zion, Jemi

are all same.
I asked why different names? No satisfactory answer for that.
I see that Sharon and Zion are same guys. But including Annai and Jemi -

we have to think twice because I have seen Annai and Jemi really

constructing something.
If they are just referring other construction sites, why dont they just

say that? It is dangerous I would say...
