I bought a Sleepwell Sofa-cum-bed from their dealer Sleeplogic, Jeevan Bheema Nagar Main Road, Bangalore 560 038. The dealer mentioned that the unit carries a 5 year warranty, and the warranty card is inside the packing. I paid the full amount and got delivery, did not find the warranty card inside the packing. When i asked them, they said they will check and get back, or issue a card from some other totally different product and so on. I told them that if there is no warranty from Manufacturer, then they need to take it back and refund the money.
Wrote to the manufacturer, and manufacturer has said that there is no warranty, and i need to speak to dealer. When i speak to dealer, they say it is manufaturer who needs to respond.
I feel cheated. Their regional manager is hand-in-glove, is of no use.
I have the mail exchanges with me, but could not find a place where i could attach it in this complaint.
