Sleepwell mattress order no Sw_ 23929

Placed the order through MYSLEEPWELL.COM on 12.08.2022 and received the same on 16.08.2022 without GST Tax invoice. Started follow up for GST Tax Invoice -Invoice Sw_ 23929 since 17.08.2022.
On 02. 09.2022, Customer care is telling not possible to provide the tax invoice. During order i had provided all necessary information like GST Details etc.
If they cannot provide the GST Tax invoice, cancel my order and refund my money.

Inferior quality of Mattress

I had purchased mattress MEHROON[protected] from S.P.Furnishing sleepwell gallery vasant kunj new delhi on 26 aug.2020 as invoice attached.
I have complaint about mattress as attached in photo, dealer checked and this is defected but he is unable to do any thing. Please help me.

sleep well mattress which inspected and confirmed about sagging by inspector but customer care said no problem

I just didn't understand. Mr. Ashis gupta, who arrived yesterday, showed him that sagging was happening and the cover was too loose. And the job card where we both signed is written in the same way, but how from you replied via email i get no problem. I bought this mattress for my wife's orthopedic problem.

I bought a Sleepwell Sofa-cum-bed from their dealer Sleeplogic, Jeevan Bheema Nagar Main Road, Bangalore 560 038. The dealer mentioned that the unit carries a 5 year warranty, and the warranty card is inside the packing. I paid the full amount and got delivery, did not find the warranty card inside the packing. When i asked them, they said they will check and get back, or issue a card from some other totally different...

It is to bring to your kind notice that I had purchased 2 Sleepwell Spine Care Mattresses(4inch) and 1 Sleepwell Flexi Coir Mattress(5inch[protected] and 10031) with bill no [protected] dated 24-Aug-2010 from Jaydurga Furnishings , Hyderabad[protected],93,94) whose owner is Mr Sriram Agarwal. These, I selected on advice from Mr Aagarwal that this will solve my problems of backache.
My problem of backache has aggravated as instead of getting reduced by use of Spine care mattresses and no relief from use of flexi coir mattresses. I had conveyed the same to Mr Sriram Agarwal same in first week of September and he agreed to exchange the mattresses and deliver us back support flexi puf model, but he did not act on promise on repeated requests. I couldn’t again contact him. I was at great pains due to my emergency c-section.
Again, I contacted him with the same problem in first week of October, but he regretted to do anything and he advised me to contact Mr Mohan-(Punjagutta,Hyderabad-Sales Manager,[protected]) who after sending sales executive Mr Rupesh Jaiswal ([protected]) to check mattress condition (which was found to be promising by them) and on one of these having stiching gave way which Mr Jaiswal agreed to be the mistake of the production Department of the Company. Mr Mohan suggested us that flexi puf model will be delivered to us in exchange of our previous mattresses but we need to pay 50% of MRP of flexi puf model which is really awful. Already, I purchased above stated mattresses with total amount of Rs. 18,653.36 and here Sleepwell person asking me to further pay 50% of MRP of flexi puf. When I had a talk again with Mr Mohan that this is not fair and I am ready to pay the difference amount and also stated my backache problem has aggravated and not solved due to their wrongly advised product, Mr Mohan sent again another person Sh BN Laxman Rao([protected]) to address our problem and Mr Rao assured that he will talk to dealer Mr Sriram Agarwal and get the things solved. In spite of continuous pursuance, all these persons never bothered to call back and provide feedback redressed of grievances.
I also called upon customer care center[protected] and told about my grievance to MR Varun Nigam (called him twice) and mailed also .Mr Nigam informed that they are instructed not to disclose any corporate person mail id or contact number. Sh Nigam told that he will get back to me on Monday 25th 2010 which he never did.
I am really hurt due to irresponsible attitude and behaviour of dealer as well as Sleepwell people. My sisters and parents have been using Sleepwell mattresses for the last 3-5yrs and therefore I went ahead with it but my experience have been quite bitter as evident from above narrations. Even my father Mr S.L.Gupta very qualified and experienced responsible positioned officer (who sent e-mail) felt very awkward on talking to these persons from Sleepwell specifically their attitude and what type of companies policies are of the sort of misrepresentation and keeping the management and customers in dark about the customer’s grievances.
On repeated harassments by dealer as well as Company’s officials, I had searched the website of the Company and give following narrations given for top Management:-
