Get a database of job seekers from any job site and then send them a genuine looking mail asking them to apply for a job in a major multinational company. The victim considering the mail to be genuine applies for the job and he gets a response that he has been selected for the job and that he has to sign and return the attached offer letter and job contract. The innocent victim, blinded by the huge salary on offer, signs the offer letter and job contract. The scamster by now has the victim hooked and he sends a mail requesting the victim to remit a fee for processing his documents. The fee being a fraction of the offered monthly salary, the victim readily agrees and remits the amount. Having netted his prey, the scamster vanishes.

This is definitely a fake offer. My dad has got a similar e-mail and surprisingly...this is even without an interview.
I have worked in the UK and I know the companies there go through a very rigorous interview process. Also the salaries offered in this offer are unrealistic
