I got a message that I had won 300000GBP on my mobile. I contact to them and I had their mobile number. The person contact with me first person is saying that he is a despatch of the shell petroleum company his names is James Butler and other is sayiny that he is the cheif manager of the delhi high commission and his names is David Morgan.but after talking with them I know that are cheating me they send me the certificate of the money I won. I have their mobile number but I can not do anything that's why i am giving their phone number James butler([protected]) and David morgan([protected]) and also the land line number ([protected]).and they had given me an account number of shivani gupta a/c no[protected] and pan no apupg1371f to pay the money for insurance of money after that they want money for changing pounds into indian rupees.
