I got a message that I had won 300000GBP on my mobile. I contact to them and I had their mobile number. The person contact with me first person is saying that he is a despatch of the shell petroleum company his names is James Butler and other is sayiny that he is the cheif manager of the delhi high commission and his names is David Morgan.but after talking with them I know that are cheating me they send me the certificate of the money I won....

SIr, i had recieved a contract letter from shell petroleum company. In my contract letter they are using shell company sympols. but there is no contract number/ registration number.
