Shell Petroleum Development Company — release of my consignment from new delhi airport

Sir,
I m sending u mail that this company said in mail at the arrival in india u have to pay only 500 pounds but now they r asking for more about 155000 indian rupees.For clearance and to get forex exchange allocation certificate.I m from poor family i cannot manage this much amount so please help me to release our consignment from new delhi airport and bring it to my home address pune (INDIA).The mail id from which i received is [protected]@live.com.
