Shell Petroleum Development Company — cheating in the name of SPDC mobile lottery

Respected Sir,
I also got a message showing that I have won GBP-250000 on INT'L mobile lucky draw on my mobile number [protected]. It was also said that I have to contact Mr.Mike via E-mail:[protected]@live.com.I have contacted him via E-mail and also I have send the serial number of my mobile. He had send me a form for claiming the prize money.I had filled the form and send it to [protected]@cooltoad.com.
After that they had send me an E-mail showing that they had send the money in the form of DD by heathrow courier service. They had told me to give the delivery charge of Rs.12700/- .They told me to deposit the money in Z.jacinta in the account number[protected], ICICI bank Delhi.
After that they had told me that because of some problems they are sending the money as cash through a consignment box through courier.After this there is no reply for my messages. Sir I dont know what to do.I am not a rich man.Please help me.

I would like to know about the Shell Petroleum Lottery which has organised this kind of Lottery in UK.This is a Authentic or just Fake.

I got the sms from SHELL PETROLEUM DEVELOPEMENT COMPANY from UK that I won Shell International mobile draw 2009 amounting to 200, 000 GBP.Of course I was playing some contest in my mobile. I provided all necessary information as required by the company. Then they sent me the Award Winning certificate through email. Now I am informed through email that my prize money is being sent to India and I am asked to arrange Rs. 49, 400/- for custom clearance. The company provided the Airwaybill of the parcel in the email. They told me that the prize fund shall be delivered to my house through local agent. I am yet to pay the charges for the custom clearance. Plz tell me whether it is fake or true!
