About 2 days ago I have recieved a sms that I have been declared a winner in the SPDC (SHELL) Int'l Mobile Draw (U.K.) 2009 with a promise that an amount of GBP 2 Lacs is waiting for me to be released from the Nation Wide Bank Plc. (London) U.K. Then, I have been asked to complete some formalities like self-identification proof and other personal details.After reading so many complaints it appears to be a fraud.If it is so why action is not being taken by the appropriate authorities. Even then if a single person has got the award, he is requested to come forward with the truth.

Recently I have got a sms from shell petroleum company stating that my mobile number has been selected as a lucky one to win a award of 200000 GBP (spdc 77411) and asked me to pay 450 pounds as Fund Release Order which I have paid and thereafter I have been asked to pay 2000 pound as transfer service charge to clear the amount in my account. In the pretext they have also send me the FRO certificate in email and award of winning prize certificate. Now the new demand of 2000 pound seems fishy as I have asked them to cut the sum from my award winning amount which they were reluctant to do so.
This complete thing seems a total fraud.
Therefore I request you investigate into this.
